Return Process

  Log into your Lacoste ZA account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security seals and crocodile branding tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule a Collection

  Our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time for the collection of your parcel from your designated address.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
